HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) HEAD

Job Requirements:

  • Female, 25-35 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social / Behavioral Science / Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
  • Five (5) working years of experience in all facets of human resources is required for this position with great Supervisory skills.
  • Adept in all HR functions such as but not limited to Employee and Labor laws and government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pagibig, BIR, Wage order implementation), Performance Management, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits and Salary Administration, Training & Development.
  • Highly respectful and responsible. Has the initiative to do multi tasking and value commitment at work and with matured disposition, dynamic, self-driven, hardworking, flexible, effective team leader and can work under pressure.
  • With good leadership, interpersonal, management, with high standard on work ethics and professionalism.
  • Good in written/oral communications and proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities of HR Head:

  • Reports directly to the Managing Director.
  • Provide reports in the performance of tasks
  • Provide recommendations on staffing requirements of the team
  • Supervise team members.
  • Keep updated on industry or HR trends and practices pertaining to all functions of human resources.
  • Ensure compliance of the team to all organizational policies, procedures, programs, and applicable law requirements.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and team goals by setting performance objectives and standards, monitoring, evaluating and discussing performance.
  • Identifies staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Administers compensation, benefits and recreation programs.
  • Administers disciplinary procedures.
  • Advises manages on organizational policies and recommends needed changes.
  • Directs, supervises and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating to employment, compensation, payroll and employee relations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resource and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, collective bargaining, training and development, occupational classification, and pay and benefit administration
  • Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data; analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of problems; recommends improvement of personnel polices and practices.


MARKETING HEAD

Job Requirements:

  • Female, 25-35 years old.
  • Graduate of Marketing / Management or any related course; MBA degree is an advantage
  • With at least Five (5) years managerial experience.
  • 2-3 years assisting in development and execution of Marketing Communications plans and events.
  • Experience with Technology, organization or channel development would be an asset
  • Provides leadership, motivation, direction and coordination to Marketing Department through proper planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing & sales environments.
  • Must be creative and goal oriented.
  • Computer literate and well versed in presentation skills.

Brief Job Description of Marketing Head:

  • Will handle advertising and promotion, agency coordination, PR & corporate communication, store visual and brand development.
  • Formulates marketing strategies, plans and programs using in depth market knowledge through trade feedback and sound business principles.
  • Plans and coordinates marketing programs and sales strategies
  • Liaises with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and ensuring quality
  • Organizes documents and reports on projects and meetings.


MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of any Sales and Marketing related courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in Advertising, Sales and Marketing.
  • Female who is smart, hardworking, creative and able to handle multitask job.
  • Experience with events, launches etc. are an advantage and experience with IT press is also an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in conceptualizing promotional activities etc.
  • Must be aggressive, persistent and very passionate in making sales.
  • Pro active, highly organize, flexible, people oriented, and keen to details.
  • Aggressive, proactive and can work independently.
  • Has an excellent communication and presentation skills.

Brief Job Description of Marketing Coordinator:

  • Develops and initiates sales and marketing programs, design effective strategies and implementation of these.
  • Doing client presentations.
  • Responsible for enhancing internal and external company image.
  • Will plan and coordinate Trade Shows, Seminars, Dealer Training's Product Launchings and Special Events.


ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS HEAD

Qualifications:

  • Female, not more than 30 years of age.
  • CPA an advantage but not required.
  • With adequate experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Well knowledgeable in all phases of accounting.
  • With strong leadership skills.
  • With exposure in financial reporting, BIR/SEC reportorial requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Can adopt to fast paced environment.
  • Able to deal with different levels of the organization.
  • Has good communication, organizing and planning skills.
  • Honest, diligent, highly dependable, decisive and can work well under pressure.
  • With good interpersonal relations skills and with professional bearing.

Brief Job Description of Accounting Operationd Head:

  • Oversee all routines involved in accounting operations.
  • Supervise the operations team of accounting.


ONLINE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

  • Female, ages 20-25 years old,
  • Graduate of any engineering, business communications or computer related course.
  • Must be extremely motivated and aggressive in pursuing success in her career.
  • Must have strong entrepreneurial and excellent communication skills.

BUSINESS ANALYST

Requirements:

  • Female, ages 25 years old and above.
  • Graduate BS Mathematics or Statistics, BS Economics or any related course.
  • Must have solid background in Inventory & Purchasing Management / Forecasting
  • Must have extensive knowledge in MS Excel
  • Must be analytical & articulate.

Brief Job Description of Business Analyst:

  • Shall be responsible for Inventory and Sales Reports
  • Shall provide recommendations for products to be ordered based on inventory level & movement and sales trend.
  • Shall be responsible for Marketing Claims with Vendors


PURCHASING OFFICER

Requirements:

  • Female, ages 21 years old and above.
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course.
  • Assertive, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Must have extensive knowledge in MS Excel
  • Must be analytical & articulate.

Brief Job Description of Purchasing Officer:

  • Must have extensive background & knowledge in Purchasing and Import / Customs Procedures
  • Shall be responsible for preparing Purchase Orders for Imported Merchandise Goods. Monitoring of orders and shipment of items until delivery to warehouse.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Requirements:

  • Female, ages 22 years old and above.
  • Graduate any four year course.
  • Must have at least 6 months related experience in Quality Assurance.

Brief Job Description of Quality Control Inspector:

  • Shall be responsible in checking of stocks versus delivery receipts.
  • Checking of DR no. to delivery schedule route
  • Checking of provincial shipment and pick-up delivery.
  • Writing of all stocks code & quantity written in DR to acknowledgement form.
  • Will prepare a weekly report for everyday transaction.
  • Checking of billing on provincial shipment.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Requirements:

  • Male, ages 20 to 27 years old.
  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any I.T. related course.

  • Provide Support on problems reported by users regarding PC, Laptop, printers, network connection,

COLLECTION OFFICER / CREDIT ANALYST

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related course.
  • Computer literate (Windows base programs, MS Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Must have experienced in credit analysis.

Brief Job Description of Collection Officer / Credit Analyst

  • Monitoring of Account Receivables accounts and keeping them current.
  • Payment recording in the system.
  • Collection follow-ups.
  • All other functions related to managing the assigned A/R accounts.


ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Female, ages 22 years old and above.
  • Graduate of 4 year computer related course or business related course.
  • Computer literate (Windows base programs, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • With at least 5 months minimum experienced in general accounting.
  • Assertive, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.

Brief Job Description of Accounting Assistant (Reliever)

  • Sales Order Auditing.
  • Printing and releasing of Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
  • All reports related to the task.
